Except for some of the younger folks, all of the slim people I know are careful about what they eat and many of them exercise. Based on my research, I find the information obtained from fitness models and bodybuilders to be quite good – because these people actually practice what they preach – and you can see the results or not. In my experience – I find cutting back an/or rotating good carbs in combination with reducing caloric intake, eating fruits and vegetables, eating good sources of protein, and doing exercise to be the most effective way to lose fat permanently. I recommend “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle” for good read on nutrition and fitness.</description>
